Term 3

Term 3 has started with so many things to focus on.
Next week is Maori Language week so we will be focussing on Te Reo.
Today Mr Guley introduced us to the Patiki Production which he wrote during the July holidays. Our Production will be staged in the hall on 28 and 29 August at 1:30 pm. Next week we will know our roles and then we will be into the preparation with the actors, dancers, IT designers and the prop people. We have a lot of work to do over the next few weeks.
On 30 July the whole school is having an Olympics Day. We will dress in the colours of our houses and compete for points for our houses.
Each class is studying a country which is competing in the Olympics, S24 is studying Ireland.
Kaiapoi North Year 4 boys have challenged our Year 4 boys to a rugby match. Mr Guley has selected a team of 12 enthusiastic boys to represent our school. The game will be played on Friday 27 July at Kaiapoi North School - starting at 1:30 pm.
