S24 have been learning what to do in a medical emergency. They have practised using a phone to dial "go-one-go-one-go", and know to ask for the ambulance.

The children know that they need to take two deep breaths before dialling. In the photos they are giving their full name address (including the area e.g. Kaiapoi) and describing the problem - using a calm, clear voice. 

Maddy was the model with fake blood on her arm. We learnt how to clean a wound, dry it and cover the scratch with a plaster.
